To cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24h in advance by filling in the form below, by contacting the Contact Center by phone at 02/221.92.21 or by sending an e-mail to annulation@clstjean.be. Otherwise, according to article 77 of the code of medical ethics, administrative charges (30€) will be charged.
